# Login

### 💻eShepherd Web App (Computer or tablet)

To login to the eShepherd Web App, your Customer Success Representative will send you an email containing a link to complete your registration by setting a password for your account.

You can now login to the web app on your computer or tablet by visiting https://app.eshepherd.com/

**Note:** The activation/password setup link expires after 7 days. If your link has expired or you did not receive it, go to https://app.eshepherd.com/, enter your email address, and select "Forgot password" to receive a new link. Allow a few minutes and check your spam/junk folder if it does not arrive in your main inbox. Links cannot be resent manually — always use "Forgot password" to generate a new one.

When setting your password, it must meet the minimum requirements: at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 numerical digit, and 1 special character.

Use the same user name (your email address) and password to login.
