Q&A

Question

Answer

Are changes on web app or mobile app?

Web app only. Mobile app improvements are ongoing but separate.

Will older collars support the new Bluetooth mesh feature?

Yes — all existing neckbands have Bluetooth hardware and will receive firmware updates.

Can move plans cross physical paddock boundaries?

By default, no — a safety guard is in place. This can be relaxed in consultation with the Customer Success team.

Does the move plan work on mobile?

Not yet, but it is coming to the mobile app.

Can you import/export move plans from external mapping software (e.g. KML)?

Not at this stage, but the team will consider it if there is strong demand.

Can you edit the starting VP in a move plan?

Yes — use the drag handles to reorder paddocks within the plan.

Does editing a move plan update an already-applied mob schedule?

No — once applied, the mob schedule is independent. Edit the mob schedule directly in the Mob Menu.
