Are changes on web app or mobile app? | Web app only. Mobile app improvements are ongoing but separate. |
Will older collars support the new Bluetooth mesh feature? | Yes — all existing neckbands have Bluetooth hardware and will receive firmware updates. |
Can move plans cross physical paddock boundaries? | By default, no — a safety guard is in place. This can be relaxed in consultation with the Customer Success team. |
Does the move plan work on mobile? | Not yet, but it is coming to the mobile app. |
Can you import/export move plans from external mapping software (e.g. KML)? | Not at this stage, but the team will consider it if there is strong demand. |
Can you edit the starting VP in a move plan? | Yes — use the drag handles to reorder paddocks within the plan. |
Does editing a move plan update an already-applied mob schedule? | No — once applied, the mob schedule is independent. Edit the mob schedule directly in the Mob Menu. |
