Before you begin testing, please make sure you have your neckband un-hibernated and it is reporting its location on the web app. Look for a green circle icon on the map and a value in the 'last updated' on the animal menu. This will only display if an animal has been created. If you see a green triangle, an animal needs to be created before you go ahead.
