Gallagher Single Sign-On

We’ve improved our login process to make it easier to access our products with minimal change to how you sign in today.

You’ll enjoy an improved connection with all Gallagher solutions as we introduce additional capabilities, including stronger integrations and a more unified experience.

What you’ll notice when signing in

When accessing the Web App, you’ll now land on a new page.

• A Login button is now located in the top-right corner
• Clicking this will take you to the updated login screen
• You can continue using your existing email and password
• If you are using the Gallagher Animal Performance app, you may need to use this password to login to the eShepherd app now.
• If you have forgotten your password, that is no problem, you can simply click on the Forgot Password? link to reset it.

What’s changing when you’re signed in

You might notice a slight change in how long you stay signed in after periods of inactivity, but it shouldn’t disrupt how you use the application.

• If you’re inactive for 20 minutes, you’ll be taken back to the landing page. Simply click Log in, and you’ll be signed back in right away, no need to re‑enter your username or password.
• The Remember me option lets you sign back in with one click when you return, even if you’ve closed your browser.
• After 3 hours, for security reasons, you’ll be asked to sign in again using your credentials.

These changes are designed to balance convenience with security, helping you get back to what you’re working on while keeping your account safe.

What’s not changing

• Your account details remain the same
• No action is required from you
• The Web App functionality after login is unchanged
