Flat Battery and Critical Battery Alerts

eShepherd now supports push notification alerts when a neckband's battery reaches a Flat or Critical level. Once enabled, the system will continuously monitor neckbands across your property and send you a push notification when a battery alert is detected. Alerts will also appear on the Notifications page.

Alert Levels

• Flat Battery - VP temporarily disabled until battery level recovers.
• Critical Battery - Neckband is running on its lowest power to recover battery which may take a few days. VP is disabled.

How to enable Flat & Critical Battery push notifications

1. Go to Settings
2. Toggle Enable push notifications for this property to ON
3. Under the notification categories table, locate Battery and enable

Once enabled, the system will monitor all neckbands on your property and send a push notification as soon as a battery alert is detected.
