New VP Border Colour

On the Web App space, we’ve refreshed the VP border colours to make them much clearer across all farms and map backgrounds. The old orange outline could blend in on some properties, so the updated colour scheme gives stronger contrast and avoids any ambiguity.

This also makes it far easier to tell active and inactive VPs apart at a glance, without needing to zoom in or double-check each boundary.

Active VPs: Solid orange line [No change]
Inactive VPs: Yellow broken line

Note: We'll be rolling out the same looks for Mobile App soon
