Animal Notes

You can now add notes to individual animals to record important details such as health observations, behaviour, or anything you want to remember later. These notes are saved with the animal record and can be viewed from both the card and list views, making it easier to track and manage animals over time.

How to add notes (new animal)

1. Create a new individual animal
2. Add your notes in the Notes field
3. Click Save
4. The notes will appear with the animal record

How to add or edit notes (existing animal)

1. Go to the Animal List
2. Select the animal you want to update
3. Click Edit
4. Scroll to the Notes field on the Edit Animal page
5. Update the notes and click Save

How to view notes

• Card view: A notes icon appears on the animal card. Click it to view the note.
• List view: A new Notes column has been added.

Note: Longer notes may increase the row height.
