How to download your activation history

The Status page records every VP activation on your property. Each entry shows which mob moved, which paddock they were in, and when it started. You can filter by mob, VP, or status, then download the results as a CSV. Handy for grazing rotation reviews, record-keeping, or passing the data on to your farm consultant, vet, or anyone else who needs it.

You can switch between table view and card view using the icon at the top right of the panel.

Step 1. Open the Status page. The Status panel opens, showing a list of recent VP activations across all mobs on your property.

Step 2. Tap a filter button at the top of the panel to narrow the list. Tap Mobs to filter by mob, VP to filter by paddock, or Status to filter by completion status.

Step 3. A dropdown appears listing your options. Tap the one you want. A tick appears next to the selection and the filter button updates to show it is active (for example, Mobs 1).

Step 4. The list updates to show only activations matching your filter.

Step 5. Tap the download icon near the top right of the panel. The CSV file saves to your device and reflects only what is currently shown in the list.

Animal status dots

Each activation row shows a row of coloured dots, one per animal in the mob. Here is what each colour means:

  • Green: The neckband acknowledged the activation (Confirmed)
  • Orange: The neckband has not yet confirmed (Pending)
  • Grey: The activation was applied manually, not by the neckband (Overridden)
  • Red: The activation was cancelled for that animal (Cancelled)

What the CSV contains

The downloaded file includes only the activations visible in your current filtered view. Each row is one VP activation. Here is what the columns mean:

  • VP Name: the virtual paddock the mob was assigned to
  • Start Time: when the activation began
  • End Time: when the activation ended. This is only available in the downloaded CSV, not shown in the panel. Blank if the mob is still in that paddock.
  • VP Area (ha): size of the virtual paddock
  • Head Count: number of animals in the mob at activation
  • Mob Name: the name of the mob
  • Animals: each animal's ID and whether their neckband confirmed the activation or the move was overridden manually

To export everything, clear all filters before tapping the download icon.

Summary

You can now filter your activation history by mob, VP, or status and export exactly the records you need as a CSV. Use the End Time column in the downloaded file to track how long each mob spent in a paddock — that data isn't visible in the app itself.
