How to get support in eShepherd

Need a hand? The Support button in the top navigation bar gives you two things: a way to message the eShepherd team directly, and a knowledge base of how-to articles you can search any time.


Step 1. Tap Support in the top navigation bar. The support panel opens with three tabs: Messages, Articles, and Search. To send a message, tap Messages, type your question in the text field and send it. The chat is AI-supported and will try to answer based on its knowledge and common questions. If it can't resolve your issue, the eShepherd team will follow up directly.



Step 2. To browse help articles, tap Articles. This is the eShepherd knowledge base. You can scroll through the list or type a keyword in the How can we help you? field to quickly find the closest matching articles.



Step 3. To find something specific, tap Search and type your query.



Step 4. Results pull from the knowledge base and show matching articles. If you still have questions after reading, tap Message us to get in touch with the team.



Summary


The Support page is your go-to for help inside eShepherd. Send a message to the team when you're stuck, or search the knowledge base to find a guide on your own. Both are available any time from the top navigation bar.
